Cocktail Party at The Jones Center for PEJ Events Launch

Venue: The Jones Center at The Contemporary Austin
Menu: Passed Appetizers of Avocado Toast, Live Oak Bacon-Wrapped Quail,  Shrimp and Grits, and Smoked Beef Carpaccio, a Blind Tasting Station with Watermelon Mojito Bites, Mango-Shrimp Ceviche, and Strawberry-Kiwi Panna Cotta, Rolled Summer Salad Station with Arugula Salad and Spinach Salad, Carving Block Station with Beef Tenderloin (served with chimichurri), Pork Tenderloin (served with Rosemary Honey Mustard Reduction), and a side of Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes, Street Corn Station, Taco Bar with Roasted Green Chile Pork, Brisket Barbacoa, and Portabella Mushroom Asada, and Dessert Station with Grand Marnier Cheesecake Cones, Mango Sorbet, Passion Fruit Sorbet, Raspberry-Lemonade Sorbet, and Grasshopper Parfait

The PEJ Events launch party was an absolute blast! We really appreciate so many of our amazing venue partners, event planners, event companies, and more coming out to see what PEJ Events can do in the catering world and beyond. A special thank you goes out to all of our vendors for the evening, Jones Center (venue), Brass Tacks Events (event planning), Premiere Events  (event rentals), Lisa Hause Photography, ILC Films, Mallaret Design (floral), Unique Design and Events (draping), Altared Weddings and Events (DJ, lighting, and entertainment), Next Level Valet, The Inviting Pear (invitations), and Full Spectrum Ice (ice sculpture).
